Terms of Service

1. The service

redlead monitors public online communities for posts that show buying intent, scores them, and helps you draft replies. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use redlead on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact info@redlead.space immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscription and billing

• redlead is offered at $39 USD per month, billed in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the payment is resolved.
• Refunds are handled case by case - email info@redlead.space.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use redlead to spam, harass, or deceive anyone;
• violate the terms of the communities whose public posts appear in your feed;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its data;
• attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Community content and AI drafts

Posts shown in redlead come from public communities and remain the property of their authors and platforms. AI-drafted replies are suggestions only - you are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you publish, and for complying with each community's self-promotion rules.

6. No guaranteed results

redlead surfaces opportunities; it does not guarantee replies, clients, or revenue. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, redlead's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You can stop using redlead and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the product, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
