1. Who we are

redlead ("redlead", "we", "us") is a lead-monitoring service that watches public online communities for buying-intent posts and helps agencies reply to them. You can reach us at any time at info@redlead.space.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information provided by Google.
• Billing data: subscription status and payment identifiers from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: the keywords, watchlists, leads, and reply drafts you create inside the product.
• Public community content: posts from public communities (such as Reddit) that match your watchlists. This content is already public; we store a copy so you can review and respond to it.

3. How we use it

• To provide the lead feed, intent scoring, and reply drafting features.
• To manage your subscription and account.
• To contact you about your account or important service changes.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service: hosting and database infrastructure, an authentication provider (including Google sign-in), a payment processor for subscriptions, a data-collection provider that fetches public community posts, and an AI provider that drafts replies. Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its function.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing info@redlead.space. We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Security

Access to your data is restricted to your account and protected by row-level access controls. Payment credentials are handled entirely by our payment provider. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@redlead.space.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the product.
